Trip hop icon Tricky returns with the announcement of his new 20,20 EP on his False Idols record label. The EP is due out on March 6. The single, Lonely Dancer, from the EP was just released this week and features the Berlin based vocalist Anika. Lonely Dancer has a super-chill vibe with a Beth Orton style vocal from Anika.
IST IST is the latest post punk band to hail from Manchester and based on what we have heard so far, this band is going to be a post-punk mainstay in our collections. The debut album, Architecture, is due out on May 1. In advance of the album, the band has released 3 singles – Wolves, You’re Mine and Black.

The sleeve for the album was designed by Morrissey and features American actor Joe Dallesandro in a cropped still from Andy Warhol’s 1968 film Flesh.
Hooverphonic has released a new single titled Release Me for the Eurovision 2020 song contest. Release Me continues in Hooverphonic’s recent orchestral sound and it works well on this single. The band has been rotating singers since it’s inception and that trend continues. Noemie Wolfs is no longer with the band and she is replaced with Luka Cruysbergs.
The British musician, DJ and record producer Andrew Weather passed away due to a pulmonary embolism. Andrew was 56 years old
