Factory Records celebrates 40th anniversary with two box sets

Factory Records is celebrating it’s 40th anniversary with the release of two special edition box sets titled “Use Hearing Protection: Factory Records 1978-1979” and “Factory Communications: 1978-92”.

Use Hearing Protection: Factory Record 1978-79

This box set contains replica editions of the first 10 numbered Factory items: 4 vinyl records, 3 posters, a short film, Factory stationery and an egg-timer design. Plus, 60 page book details the early history of the label with photos and interviews with Tony Wilson, Joy Division and more

Bonus items include a rare 8mm short titled No City Fun (Fac 9), featuring music by Joy Division, plus much more
