Singer Krissy Vanderwoude has been very busy these days. Within the last few months, she has released a new album with her band Whimsical and contributed guest vocals on the latest album from Black Swan Lane. Now, she has teamed up with The Churchhill Garden to cover one of their favorite songs from The Cure – Halo.
On this day in history (November 14, 1969), David Bowie released his second studio album. The album was originally self titled when released in the UK on the Philips label and as Man Of Words/Man Of Music on Mercury records. RCA Records re-issued the album as Space Oddity in 1972.
