On this day in history (June 7, 1993), Tears For Fears released their 4th studio album Elemental featuring the singles Break It Down Again, Cold, Goodnight Song and Elemental. This album was essentially considered to be a Roland Orzabal solo album as Curt Smith had left the band a few years prior.
Curt Smith and his daughter Diva have given Tears For Fears fans a quarantine reprieve. They have teamed up to deliver an at home performance of the Tears For Fears classic Mad World.
On this day in history (March 7, 1983), Tears For Fears released their debut album The Hurting featuring the singles Mad World, Change and Pale Shelter. However, there is so much more to this album than just the singles. Songs like Suffer The Children, Memories Fade and Ideas As Opiates are all single quality songs and combined, they make The Hurting perhaps my favorite album of all time.

Tears For Fears joined Weezer on the Jimmy Kimmel show for a performance of their iconic hit song Everybody Wants To Rule The World. Weezer has recently recorded a cover of the song on their Teal Album of all covers where they also covered a-Ha, Toto, The Eurythmics, Michael Jackson and TLC.
