OMD have released a track called Liberator. It was a song that Andy worked on in the late 80’s and was intended to be the title track to the Liberator album that was released in 1983.
Today’s song of the day features the debut single from the Australian band Eternal Crush. For those first being introduced to the band, they remind us of what it would sound like if fellow Australian singer Hatchie recorded a song for the Drive soundtrack.
This Friday, the much anticipated new album Lost Girls album from Bat For Lashes will be released. The band has just released the fifth single from the album titled Desert Man. This track has a thematic sound to it that reminds me of Morgan Kibby / M83 .

20 years ago, Vancouver electronic act Delerium struck gold when then collaborated with Sarah McLachlan for the track Silence, which became one of the biggest and most recognizable dance songs in the world. In honor of the anniversary, the band enlisted remix artist Youngr to create the anniversary remix of the song.
