Britpop icons Stereophonics have release a new single to hold us over until they finish recording their new album. The track Chaos From The Top Down tells a story from a perspective of a 15 year old boy who has been shot, and is left laying in the road to reflect on his life as he is dying. The lyrics are based on a true story that happened outside of the home of lead singer, Kelly Jones. The song forces us to see troubled youth as more than just a victim. But rather, children who had ambition, hopes and dreams…just like everyone else.

While we don’t have answers, we can share this lovely new single from the Italians Do It Better label darlings. This song features the Chromatics sound that we have all come to love and hopefully it’s a good sign…
