Canadian Singer-Songwriter Esthero is getting set to release her first new album in seven years. She first burst onto the scene in 1998 with the Triphop classic record Breath From Another. Although fans and critics both loved the album, she was dropped from Sony due to poor sales. 7 years later she released Wikked Lil’ Grrrls on reprise in 2005. In the past 7 years she has kept herself busy collaborating with the likes of TImbaland, Kanye, The FRay, Kidz In the Hall, and Rye Rye on the recent 21 Jump Street theme.

However, fans are hoping for new solo Esthero material and they may just get it, curiously after 7 years again. There have been hints of a 3rd album called Everything Is Expensive floating around the web for a couple of years. However, Esthero has just confirmed the first single from the record. Never Gonna Let You Go had been out there for a couple of years, with Perez Hilton featuring it as his anthem as far back as 2008. The single will be available for purchase through Amazon starting June 5.
