This has been a stellar week on the late night tv circuit. School Of Seven Bells made an appearance on Fallon performing their new single – The Night. And earlier in the week, Kasabian joined Letterman for a performance of Days Are Forgotten and Lana Del Rey performed Video Games on Kimmel.

As mentioned in a recent blog post, Kasabian’s latest album, Velociraptor! is one of our favorite releases of 2011. Apparently, we are not only the ones as the record debuted at #1 on the UK charts and is performing quite while around the world.
Kasabian are gearing up to take the show on the road to North America for the first time in 5 year. They will spend the rest of 2011, wrapping up their UK jaunt before tackling Japan, Australia, and several European dates in early 2012. Then, it is on to the US and Canada in March and April.

Brit Rock band Kasabian burst onto the scene in late 2004 behind the anthemic tracks Clubfoot, LSF and Processed Beats from their self-titled debut. Their output on subsequent records, Empire and West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum were huge in the UK, but seemed to lack that grab-you-on-first-listen track. All that is going to change with the release of their 4th album, Velociraptor!
