New trip-hop band, The Ghost And Me, form as a result of Lamb Remix Competition

The Ghost And Me

Last December we wrote about a remix competition for Lamb’s latest single, Butterfly Effect.   A winner has not yet been chosen but the trip-hop community has already benefited from this contest.  Producers Karl Grunder and Ghost Dust met each other during this contest and teamed up to form a new trip-hop/dark electronica/glitch band called The Ghost And Me.

The dubstep singer Trubble contributes vocals to several tracks on the debut EP – The Little Treehouse On The Moon.  Given the nature of how this band was formed, it’s appropriate that the vocals on some of these tracks (especially Anymore) resemble the sweetness and purity of Lou Rhode’s vox.

Listen to a stream of the latest EP, as well as grab yourself a free download of the track Anymore below.
